Simple Egg & Cabbage Salad with Peanut Butter

Steps

Bring the egg to boil, then peel and cut into round slices

Wash the Cabbage, then cut into slender strips
- 3
Place the cabbage in a non flammable cooking pot and add the vinegar, cook for 2 minutes and set aside
- 4
Slice the onion and spring onion, all in slender strips
- 5
Boil the onions with a pinch of salt for 3 minutes and set aside.
- 6
Add the peanut butter to the cabbage and blend it in.
- 7
Serve the cabbage onto a plate, add the slices of eggs and garnish with the onions.

Enjoy with a piece of wholemeal bread or just eat it plain!
