Cut the beef into pieces and set aside.

Then peel the potatoes and clean well in water. Cut them in half and set aside

Chop the onion bell pepper and tomatoes finely and the garlic

Add cooking oil in a sufuria and once hot add the onions and garlic. And fry

Add the beef and stir. Cover for thirty seconds. Uncover and add in the bell pepper and tomatoes and stir some more.

Add in the beef cube and salt and keep stirring. Add two cups of water cover and let it simmer for about twenty minutes.

Clean the rice. Boil five glasses of water in a sufuria and add salt to taste and a tea spoon cooking oil.

Add in the rice and cover and cook.

Serve.
