1. combine biscuits with butter. press mixture into a loose bottom cake pan. place in fridge for 10 minutes.

2. using a food processor, beat cream cheese, nestle sweetend condensed milk, nestle cream,vanilla powder and lemon juice until smooth.

stir the melted gelatin into the cream cheese nixture, spoon over the biscuit and then place in fridge for 2-3 hours until completely set.
