  • 1 cupShredded Cheddar
  • 1 tbspParsley
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1 tbspMustard
  • 1 lbChicken Breast, boneless/skinless

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Combine milk and mustard in a bowl

  3. 3

    Combine flour, parsley, and cheese on a plate

  4. 4

    Clean chicken and dredge through milk mixture

  5. 5

    Roll chicken in flour mixture, cover entire breast

  6. 6

    Place on an oven pan and bake for 30-40 minutes depending on size of chicken

  7. 7

    Note, measurements are not exact and can easily be changed based on amount of chicken you are preparing.
