Ingredients

  1. pepper,
  2. crayfish (optional)
  3. onion,
  4. ugba,
  5. smoked fish,
  6. palmoil,
  7. uziza
  8. nchuanwu leaf,
  9. salt
  10. Maggi

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat your ugba in nylon while boiling your plantain or yam dein set it aside.

  2. 2

    Pound your pepper and crayfish and little onion in a motar to get the rough surface,put your pot on heat add the pounced pepper,ugba and a little oil

  3. 3

    Put your already washed smoked fish allow to cook a bit add your salt and Maggi to taste, sprinkle a little of the uziza leave (not too much oo)

  4. 4

    Then serve with boiled plantain
