Ingredients

  • 3 cupsfine dry bread crumbs (unseasoned)
  • 1/4 cupsnipped parsley
  • 2 teaspoonspoultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 2/3 cupchopped celery
  • 1large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cupbutter or 1 whole margarine stick
  • 1 cupunsalted chicken broth
  • 2 (10 ounce)package frozen chopped spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine first 5 ingredients.

  2. 2

    Cook onion, celery, and garlic in butter till tender.

  3. 3

    Add to bread mixture along with remaining ingredients and broth. Toss lightly.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    I usually still add some more poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and instead of mincing more garlic to add more flavor I use garlic powder. Until I get the taste that I prefer.
