Schezwan Chinese Cheesy Idli..

In Suji add curd and water and make batter for idli... Keep it 4 to 5 hours aside

Take a pan add oil and rai in it after crackle it add both the dal in it and leaves.. Now add this tadka in idli batter and add salt in it... mix it properly if needed water than add.. Add eno in it mix well

Now put the pot of water on gas and grease the plates and fill it with batter..now put it in pot.. Steam idli for 15 minutes..

After cool it cut the idli in long shape..

For Sezwaan Chinese... Take a big vessel... Add oil in it now add chopped onion.. Saute it...after one minute add cabbage and capsicum... Saute all add salt and all sauces and sezwan chutney..

Now add chopped idli in it mix lightly... Now sprinkle grated cheese on it...
