Steps

Heat the pot add butter & melt. Add garlic, onion, potato, carrot one after one & saute.

Add green peas and mix. Then add vegetable stock.

Cove and cook for 3 to 5 mins or until the potato become tender.

Blend it to a puree and add some freshly ground pepper and salt.
Mix and add 2 tbsp cream, cook for 1 min on a low heat.
