Pan-Fried Banh Chung 😂

Whenever you mention banh chung, it feels like Lunar New Year is here again! Pan-fried banh chung is perfect when you have leftover banh chung at home. The crispy outer layer, the fragrant sticky rice, the mung bean filling mixed with tender pork belly, and the aroma of black pepper... just thinking about it makes me crave some. Time to go buy banh chung and fry it up!
