Steps

Heat oil in pan then put mustard seeds, curry leaves & green chilli.

Put chopped potatoes,onions, spinach in pan & saughte it for 2-3 min & then put grate mozerella cheese.

Add some salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder & finally put soaked poha in it & put it over gas for 3-4 min

Put lemon drops in poha & coriander leaves & your poha is ready to eat.
