boil the patatos for 1/2 hour in water

Put the onion and the green peper in a frying pan and add the tomatos and add salt and peper with the fruit chutney

Take a glass bowl and spread the butter around all the sides top to bottom

Remove the patatos from the boiling water and let it cool of,after a 5 minute break take a tee spoon and make a gap in the patato to put the stuffing in

Put the stuffing in and take the brown onion sous and pre heat the sous with boiling water and then put a little bit of cheese over the stufed patato

Pre heat the oven at 180°F and cook for about 10 minutes

Serve with slice of tomatos
