Ingredients

2 largeonion chopped
2 clovegarlic minced
1 tbspveg. oil
1 1/2 tbspbeef soup base
2 lbskin & boned chicken breast
1 can(28 oz) fire roasted crushed tomatoes
1 packages(12 oz) frozen whole kernel corn
1 packages(10 oz) frozen cream style corn
1 packages(9 oz) frozen baby lima beans
1(12 oz) bottle chili sauce
1 tbspbrown sugar
1 tbspyellow mustard
1 tbspworcestershire sauce
1/2 tspground pepper
1 lbchopped bbq beef brisket
1 tbsplemon juice

Steps

Saute onion & garlic in hot oil in 7.5 qt Dutch oven over medium high heat 3 - 5 min.

Stir together beef soup base & 2 cups of water. Add to oven. Stir in chicken and next 9 ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, cook stirring occasionally, 2 hours.

Uncover & shred chicken into large pieces. Stir in Brisket and lemon juice. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
