Preheat oven to 350.

In small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, the ricotta cheese

And the pameson cheese

Set aside.

In large skillet, brown the ground beef in oil

Add crushed garlic, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce

Bring to a boil

Reduce heat and simmer

In large pot of boiling water and noodles and cook until tender

Rinse and past dry (noodles)

Pour about 1/3 of the meat sauce over the bottom of greased 9x13 dish

Add a layer of lasagna and pour another third of meat sauce over

Carefully spread half the cheese mixture over sauce

Add another layer of noodles

The remaining meat sauce,add the remaining of the cheese mixture

Top with mozzarella slices

Bake for 30-60 minutes until golden brown
