  • 2onions
  • 2tap
  • 2tap black pepper
  • 1tap tomato paste
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1ginger

    Marinade the beef for 2 hrs with the spices

    After that fry the beef in oil till brown

  3. 3

    Garnish with diced tomatoes, yellow and red pepper.

    Serve hot. 6 servings.
