  • 200 gmargarine
  • 200 gsugar
  • 3 tspbaking powder
  • 3eggs
  • Orange rind juice
  • 4 tbspnmilk

    Sieve the flour and baking.

    Cream the sugar and margarine.

  3. 3

    Add the eggs.

  4. 4

    Add the flour bit by bit as you fold.

  5. 5

    Add the orange juice and rind.

  6. 6

    Add the 4tbspn of milk.

  7. 7

    Pour in baking tray and bake.
