First prepare sugar syrup.Soak mung dal for 2 hours then drain excess water then grind with cashew nuts half cup sugar and pinch of salt. Heat frying pan with oil on gas and fry all mung dough in round form by the help of spoon.dip fried bada in plain water for one minute to make it spoogy then put in the sugar syrup.garnish with cardamom powders.
