Dono dal ko 5-6 hours soak karenge acche se grind karenge..
Ab salt and hing add karenge....batter jyada patla nahi and thick bhi bahut jyada nahi ho - 2
Ab batter ko ache se beat krege ke battar ekdam light and colour white ho jaaye...itna light ho jayega battar ke hot oil me dalne par upar hi rahega niche nahi jayega

Now ek large kadai me oil garam karein.Now ab isko bade spoon se hot oil me one by one dalke bade ready kar lenge...and water me 1/2 an hour soak karenge...baad me halke se press karke paani nikal lenge...ready :)

Now curd me sugar add kar ke whisk krege.
Ab ek serving plate me phale bade rheke uspar sweet curd pour krege,green chutney, imli ya amchur chutney dalege,red chilli powder,salt,jeera powder dalege ready. Dahi bhalle. - 5
Note:Ap upar se pomegranate pearls,bareek,namkeen ya apne according garnish krskte hain.
