Wash and cut the Promfret into pieces(slices)

Apply salt haldi and lemon (wash after 2-3 mins)

Soak both chillies along with coriander seeds raw rice and 2 garlic for 10 mins. Then make paste of it. Apply some to wash pieces of promfret let it marinate.

In a blender add coconut and half onion along with half tomato and chilli paste. Make a smooth paste

In a kadai add coconut oil when gets hot add curry leaves 2 crushed garlic slitted chilli hing and chopped coriander.fry well and add half onion let it get translucent.

Add smoothly blended coconut and chillie paste. Stirr

Add salt and Imli paste let it boil. Check salt

Once it boils lower the flame and add marinated fish pieces.

Let it cook check taste and adjust as per your taste the sourness and salt.

After ten mins turn off the gas and sprinkle some chopped coriander above.
