Simple Chocolate muffins
Made this for our 5th Wedding Anniversary
Steps

Preheat the oven at 170degree F(350 C) Put all the dry ingredients together and mix it. Except sugar.

Now mix all the wet ingredients like the egg, sugar, yogurt, oil, vanilla essence. Give it a good whisk.

Now add dry ingredients to the wet. Better to mix in small batches. Use the cut and fold method. It works really good.

At time time you can add little instant coffee by adding in boiling water. It gives a little strong taste. And also add chocolate chips. Now the perfect batter is ready. So the last step before the Proud moment.

Fill 3/4 of the batter in the muffin forms. And then directly in the oven.

After 15 to 20 mins check with a toothpick. If the toothpick come clean, then perfect.

Just have patience and wait until it cools down. And then comes the moment of truth.
