1 tspvanilla

Beat egg whites until stiff
2

Gradually add sugar and continue to beat
3

Add salt and vanilla
4

Stir in chocolate chips
5

Preheat oven to 350

drop by tsp onto ungreased cookie sheet
7

place all cookies in oven and immediately turn oven off. leave cookies in over night
8

do not open oven door
9

remove cookies the next morning
