Wash, wipe dry and remove the stem of the brinjal give chir.(cut)..to the brinjals but not till last.

Add enough water to soak brinjals in the pressure cooker.

. Before it gives whistle remove it,open the lid ;drain the water ;cool it and mash it lightly with your fingers.

.In a bowl ;add curds salt, whisk and add brinjals.

Garnish with coriander leaves and all the dry masalas.

Serve cold.
