pre heat oven to 385°F

Spray pan with non stick cooking spray

layer sliced lemons & onions on bottom of pan & sprinkle with 1/2 salt & pepper mixture as well as 1 tsp of Rosemary leaves.

layer chicken pieces ontop of lemons & seasonings

cut up garlic cloves & sprinkle over chicken.

add remainder of seasonings and drizzle with olive oil.

bake 15-20 mins checking that there is no pink in the thickest part of the meat
