Ingredients

  1. 1 cup.Semolina (suji) one cup
  2. 2 cup.Milk or water whatever you want two cup
  3. . Salt according to taste
  4. 1tsp.Black pepper powder
  5. . Oil for frying
  6. 1. One finally chopped onion
  7. 1. One finally chopped capsicum
  8. 1/2cup steamed corn
  9. 1tsp. Chat masala
  10. 1tsp. Red chilli powder one teaspoon

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash and finally chopped onions and capsicum.

  2. 2

    Heat water or milk in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add semolina, chopped vegetables, corns, one spoon oil and salt and pepper in it.

  4. 4

    Stir and cook till semolina leaves the sides of the pan.

  5. 5

    Spread this mixture in a tray. Cut it with any shape cutter and keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Heat sufficient oil in a pan.

  7. 7

    Fry the cutlets till they become golden and crispy.

  8. 8

    Drain it on absorbent paper. Sprinkle chat masala on it.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
