Rava cutlets a very unique, crispy and mouth watering snack for tea time and get together. Good to eat and easy to prepare at home.
Steps

Peel, wash and finally chopped onions and capsicum.

Heat water or milk in a pan.

Add semolina, chopped vegetables, corns, one spoon oil and salt and pepper in it.

Stir and cook till semolina leaves the sides of the pan.

Spread this mixture in a tray. Cut it with any shape cutter and keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Heat sufficient oil in a pan.

Fry the cutlets till they become golden and crispy.

Drain it on absorbent paper. Sprinkle chat masala on it.

Serve hot with tomato sauce
