Appe is a delicious & famous snack in South india. It is also known as paniyaram. To make this we need a special pan. It is a light & healthy snack for everyone. You can serve it as a evng snack or when guests at your home.

Appe is a delicious & famous snack in South india. It is also known as paniyaram. To make this we need a special pan. It is a light & healthy snack for everyone. You can serve it as a evng snack or when guests at your home.
Steps

Sieve the samolina in a bowl.

Add curd, salt and pepper in it. Mix properly.

Add finally chopped onion, steamed corn, green chilli and grated cheese in it.

Mix all the ingredients. Add a little water if mixture is too thick. Keep aside this mixture for 15 mins.

Heat the appam pan on low flame. Grease it with a little oil.

Now add baking soda in the mixture. Mix properly.

7. Add prepared semolina batter in appam pan & cover it for a while.

After one minute flip off the appam with the help of a knife or spatula.

Again grease the top side of the appam with oil & cook until done.

After 2 or 3 minutes it's ready.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
