1red pepper
1onion
1cksp groundnut oil
1 tinsardine

Steps

Cut the yam with the plantain and boil.boil them for at least 10mins.add salt when boiling.

Boil the egg for 3minutes.

Wash and cut the fresh tomatoes,pepper and onion.

Fry them with groundnut oil for 3minutes.

Mash the sardine and pour in add salt.keep frying them for 4minutes.
