    Daal ko 7-8 hrs ke liye bhigo de.

    Ab daal ko achi tarah dhokar mixi I'I'm fine paste bana le.

    Ab pakode jesi consistency rakhe.

    Or 8-10 min acchi tarah fente.

    Ab thida sa better pani ke bowl I'I'm dale agar upar a jaye to better ready hai, or agar niche beth jaye to thoda or fente.

    Ab kadhai I'I'm oil garam Karen.

  7. 7

    Or bade tale.

  8. 8

    Inhe plate I'I'm nikale.

    Or fir gungune pani I'I'm daale, or 5 min ke baad nichodjar nikal le.

    Isse extra oil nikal jayega or bade soft ho jayenge.

    Ab inhe plate I'I'm nikale.

    In par dahi dale.

    Salt, black salt, or red chilli powder dale.

    Meethi sounth dale.

    Bhuna hua jeera or hing powder dale.

    Dhaniya patti se garnish karein.
