dip egg in flower lightly dusting, place egg in centre of sausage meat an usin the clingfilm bring the sausage up to wrap around the egg tight, shape an twist the top

untwist gently an mold in hand, take exsess from top, if theres any cracks or gaps patch up using sausage

then dip in the whiped egg, then dip in bread crumbs, place on baking tray,

repeat steps 6 to 12, when the amount of scotch eggs are ready, spray a little oil on top an place in oven for 25 mins untill golden
