  • 6unfrozen flavoured sausages
  • 2 cupof plain flower
  • 1/2 cupof cheese
  • 2 tspof english mustered
  • 4hard boild eggs
  • 1pack of bread crumbs
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 2uncooked eggs
  • 1clingfilm
  • 1spray oil

    pre heat oven 200'c

  2. 2

    boil 4 eggs for 5mins no longer, place in bowl

  3. 3

    then put flower, mustered powder, a pinch of salt, pepper in to a bowl an mix

  4. 4

    then take 2 uncooked eggs and whip lightly, leave in a bowl to 1side

  5. 5

    then place bread crumbs in a bowl add a pinch or 2 of cheese

  6. 6

    wash hands then place a lair of clingfilm on a table or choppin bord

  7. 7

    then remove skin from sausages an take 1+half sausage, mush together in a round shape on clingfilm, spreadin so it will (wrap round the hard boild egg when ready)

  8. 8

    dip egg in flower lightly dusting, place egg in centre of sausage meat an usin the clingfilm bring the sausage up to wrap around the egg tight, shape an twist the top

  9. 9

    untwist gently an mold in hand, take exsess from top, if theres any cracks or gaps patch up using sausage

  10. 10

    then dip in the whiped egg, then dip in bread crumbs, place on baking tray,

  11. 11

    repeat steps 6 to 12, when the amount of scotch eggs are ready, spray a little oil on top an place in oven for 25 mins untill golden
