At first peel the peas and grind it with all the fry ingredients and ginger and coriander leaves

Heat a pan and oil and fry the paste with salt and sugar.keep aside

Now mead the flour adding salt and oil

Take small balls and put some paste init and roll it to the shape of kachori

Now deep fry the kachori

For daal boil the Bengal gram adding salt and turmeric powder

Heat a pan add oil and tamper the whole jeera and bay leaf

Add ginger paste salt,jeera dhaniya, chilli and turmeric powder

Now add the daal and Cashew nuts and raisins

Finally add ghee garam marsala powder and sugar and mix well

The kachori and daal is ready to serve
