Ingredients

  1. 400grms
  2. 500 grmsgreen peas
  3. 1 tbspoon ajwain and saunf each
  4. 1 tbspoon dhaniya Powder
  5. 1 tspoon jeera powder
  6. 1 tspoon red chilli powder
  7. 1 tspoon ginger paste
  8. 1 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil for frying
  11. 1 cupBengal gram
  12. 1 tbspoon dhaniya Powder
  13. 2 tspoon jeera powder
  14. 1/2, t spoon turmeric powder
  15. 1 tspoon chilli powder
  16. 7-8cashew nuts and raisins
  17. 1 pinchhing
  18. 1/2, t spoon whole jeera
  19. ,1/2t spoon garam masala powder
  20. 1, tb spoon ghee
  21. 1 tspoon ginger paste
  22. 1, bay leaf

Steps

    At first peel the peas and grind it with all the fry ingredients and ginger and coriander leaves

    Heat a pan and oil and fry the paste with salt and sugar.keep aside

    Now mead the flour adding salt and oil

    Take small balls and put some paste init and roll it to the shape of kachori

    Now deep fry the kachori

    For daal boil the Bengal gram adding salt and turmeric powder

  7. 7

    Heat a pan add oil and tamper the whole jeera and bay leaf

  8. 8

    Add ginger paste salt,jeera dhaniya, chilli and turmeric powder

  9. 9

    Now add the daal and Cashew nuts and raisins

  10. 10

    Finally add ghee garam marsala powder and sugar and mix well
