Ingredients

  • Maida/ all purpose flour - 1 cup + 1 teaspoon for coating
  • 2/3 cupButter/ makkhan -
  • 2 tablespoonsMilk/ doodh powder -
  • 1/2 cupSugar/ cheeni powder -
  • 1 tablespoonPineapple/ ananas essence -
  • 1/2 cupMilk/ doodh -
  • 1/2 tablespoonBaking powder -
  • 1/4 tablespoonBaking soda -
  • 1/3 cupTutti frutti -

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat tutti-fruti with 1 teaspoon maida.

  2. 2

    Beat butter and sugar

  3. 3

    When butter become light in colour, add milk powder, milk, pineapple essence and beat again.

  4. 4

    Add maida, baking powder, baking soda. Mix gently.

  5. 5

    Add tutti-frutti and mix gently.

  6. 6

    Pour batter in a greased cake tin

  7. 7

    Bake in preheated oven 180 degree C for 25-30 minutes.

  8. 8

    Insert a toothpick at the center of the cake, if toothpick comes out clean then your cake is ready, or else bake it for 1 more minute. Allow it to cool down completely

  9. 9

    Delicious and fluffy 'Tutti Frutti Cake' is ready.
