Tutti Frutti Cake

Coat tutti-fruti with 1 teaspoon maida.

Beat butter and sugar

When butter become light in colour, add milk powder, milk, pineapple essence and beat again.

Add maida, baking powder, baking soda. Mix gently.

Add tutti-frutti and mix gently.

Pour batter in a greased cake tin

Bake in preheated oven 180 degree C for 25-30 minutes.

Insert a toothpick at the center of the cake, if toothpick comes out clean then your cake is ready, or else bake it for 1 more minute. Allow it to cool down completely

Delicious and fluffy 'Tutti Frutti Cake' is ready.
