Take a pan and add one spoon oil and add Jeera grated adarakh and garlic cloves.

Stir them for a minute and add masalae and mix well and sit for 2minutes.

Now add the chopped palak and cook for 5-7min till the palak is cooked well and shrink in size.

Make a little tight dough of atta.Keep in refrigerator for 10-15minutes to set properly.

Now make round balls of dough and fill it with palak mix.

Cover it and make square shaped paratha and cook on tawa as usual.

Cook properly on both sides and take from tawa and cut in four pieces.

Arrange on a serving plate and serve with cucumber raita.Happy cooing!!!!!
