Ingredients

20 -25 minutes
3-4 persons
  • 20-25blanched Spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cupmint leaves
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped french beans
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cupboiled peas
  • 2boiled peeled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cupGrated paneer
  • 2 tbsproasted gram.flour
  • 2 tbspbread crumbs
  • 2 tbspChopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 2 tspginger chilli paste
  • 1 tspdhania jeera powder
  • 1 tspamchur powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2-3 tbspcashews cut into halves
  • 2 tspoil
  • Oil for frying

Steps

20 -25 minutes
  1. 1

    Blanch Spinach in water for 1 minute.Squeeze off the water.keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil.Add ginger chilli paste.

  3. 3

    Add capsicum, French beans and peas.Saute for 5 minutes.Off the flame.Cool the veggies. Coarsely Grind the veggies in a mixie jar.Transfer it in a bowl.

    Add boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes, Paneer grated, finely chopped mint leaves, finely chopped Coriander leaves,chaat masala, jeera dhania powder Salt to taste, am church powder, roasted gram.flour flour and bread crumbs. Mix it well

  5. 5

    Make small balls from the.mixture.Roll the balls into round patties.Roll the patties in the bread crumbs.Place a cashew in the centre of the pattice.

  6. 6

    Heat oil for frying. Fry the kebabs in hot oil in medium flame till golden brown in colour.

  7. 7

    Serve the kebabs with green chutney
