either way u choose add the cooked chicken, veg to stock, pinch of salt an pepper if u wish, bring to boil then simmer for 30/an hour then serve, if u wish for noodles as well use noodles to cook sep drain the water then add stock to noodles, noodles will go mushy if left in soup
