For some reason we only ever use to have these at Christmas but they so nice and full of flavour and protien and we love them on our "Picky Tea" supper simple can make day before if you want. Enjoy :P

Add the Eggs to a pan of Water and Add Baking Soda (You dont have to do this but it helps remove the shells) heat until Rolling Boil then turn off heat and let it stand for 12 Mins. Then Transfer the Eggs into a bowl with Ice cold water in. Then Peel and cut in half Lengthwise.

Using a Teaspoon remove the Yolks to a small bowl and add the other ingrediants. Cream together with the back of the Spoon. Taste and Adjust Salt and Pepper. Then Spoon into the Hole. (you can use a piping bag but for me and my family they eat them too fast and I dont need the extra washing up lol)

Garnish with anything you like. I make a very spicy hot sauce and everyone loves an extra little bit on top - Wowoeeeeeeeeee - ENJOY :P
