Steps

Take maida in a vessel add about half cup refined in it as moyan and malai. Make a smooth dough with the help of water.

For chasani : take sugar in kadhahi add two and half cup water, boil it till one thread chasani, add cardamom powder.

Take small sized loi roll it out and cut pieces of own choice. Deep fry them on low flame till brown. Keep aside. Make chasani.

Now add Mathari in hot chasani and mix well. Sweet matharis are ready.
