  • 100 gmpaneer fry kiya hua
  • 2onion mota kata hua
  • 3tomato mota kata hua
  • 10 clovesgarlic
  • Ek tukda ginger
  • Salt
  • Halfteaspoon garam masala
  • Halfteaspoon red chilli powder
  • Halfteaspoon haldi

    Onion, tomato ko half glass water ke sath boil kar le.... tomato onion boil hone ke baad ginger and garlic add karein aur paste bana le..... ek pan me oil garam karein paste bhune.... sare masale add karein.... achchhe se bhun le.... paneer and makhana add karein..... gravy thick rakhe
