Cut paneer into small cube pieces

Wash and drain extra water from palak leaves.put one pan in gas add some water.let it hot.put one tsp of salt.Then add all palak leaves with two tomatoes. Let it boil.putoff outer layer from tomatoes. Let it cool for half an hour. Then grind above into paste.

In another fry pan add oil.let it hot.then put jeera chopped onions green chillies and grated onion.then add paneer slices.add one tsp gram Masala one tsp coriander powder.make the colour of paneer golden.

Then add grinded palak and tomato.mix properly wait for flavour to come.then garnish with butter and coriander leaves to enhance taste.
