Place cooked broccoli in casserole dish ( 9×11 inch pyrex) spread the cream of chicken and mayo mixture over broccoli.

Sprinkle the dressing ( which has been saturated in melted butter) over the soup mixture.

Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 350°F.

If desired, just before done, spread cheese over casserole and bake.
