Ingredients

  • 6(1 ounce) squares semi sweet chocolate
  • 3/4 cupHeavy whipping cream
  • 2 cupConfectioners sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium bowl, combine chocolate and cream. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and smooth (about 2 min total). Gradually whisk in confectioners sugar until smooth. Let mixture cool until it reaches a spreadable consistancy(about 30 minutes)

    Makes 2 cups.
