Add suji, curd, salt and mix.

Add tomato puree and mix.

Add water and make a smooth paste.

Cover it and leave for 20 minutes.

Add eno and mix lightly.

Pour it in greesed idli mould and put in stamer and then put stamer in gas.

Cover it after 10 minutes on sim.

When cooked then remove and served with sambar
