Mix with spoon

Add a little water if needed for good consistency

Rise until dough is 2x in size

Create rolls:

Grab a handful of dough and flatten it out and cut in circles with cookie cutter or cup

Put melted butter in bottom of 2 9"x13" pans

Dip circle in butter then fold over and push in with 2 fingers

Fill up 2 pans and let rise about 15 minutes

Bake until tops are golden brown

Make about half the dough into doughnuts and fry in hot oil.

Note: first rise can be over risen but second rise you can check by pushing it. If it sinks it is over risen.
