Ingredients

1 can19 oz chickpeas - draines and rinsed
2 tbsptahini
2 tbsplemon juice
1/8 tspcayenne pepper
2 clovegarlic
3 tbspwater
2whole roasted red peppers

Steps

In a food processor puree all the ingredients except red pepper, together. Puree until very smooth. Add the red peppers and pulse until well combined.

Store covered in the fridge for up to 1 week.
