Hands must be clean.

Chop up lettuce and tomato and put into fridge.

In a large sauce pan, cook meat,add spices, and onion. Cook until brown. Drain well.

place onto med heat. Add butter to meat, and let melt down. Throw in chilie along with a chilie bowl full of water. Let boil.

Meanwhile get veggie oil hot. On med. low fry corn tortilla for two secounds on each side. Place onto wire rack to let excess oil drain. Cook six tortillas for each plate. Layer in "2"s. Place two corn tortillas on bottom. A layer of chilie, sprinkle with cheese. Continue with two more layers like this.

Top with cheese, fried egg, lettuce,tomato, and a dollup of sour cream. ENJOY!!!!!!

this is for a sngle plate. you can also do this as a casarole. like enchilladas.
