It is a Punjabi North Indian dish.Methi and mutter are a good combination as their flavour compliment each other well and full of nutrition,as the winter is approaching,it keeps you warm.

Clean methi leaves and cut into small,wash it properly

Dip it in hot water for five minutes just to remove the bitterness of methi

Chop onion,garlic,green chilli,sauté in kadai with cashewnuts and cardamom for two minutes,after cooling it down make a fine paste in mixer

Put it in kadai,stir it for a while.now drain out the methi and sqeeze and mix into gravy and add salt,cook for two three minutes and add peas.cook for five minutes

Add fresh cream,cook for two minutes and serve it hot with roti or parathas
