2 cupCottage Cheese
4 cupJack or mexican cheese, shredded
1 stickof butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cupFlour
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
1Crumbled Bacon is optional
1010 Eggs
1 canDiced Green Chilis (1-3 per taste)

Preheat oven to 350°.

Whip eggs until light and fluffy

Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, butter, flour, baking powder and salt and whip until creamy and smooth.

Add 1-3 cans of diced green chilis

May add crumbled bacon

Pour into 9X13 pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
