Ingredients

2 lbyellow squash/sliced cooked
2eggs
1 cupmayonnaise
1 smallonion, chopped
1/4green pepper
1 cupparmesan cheese
1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Cook squash until just tender. Drain well.

Beat eggs. Add all ingredients to eggs. Pour into a buttered baking dish.

Dot with butter or top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes @ 350°F.
