Ingredients: 1/2 stick butter; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper; 1/4 tsp grnd mustard; 1/4 tsp paprika; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/4 tsp salt; 3 tbsp all purpose flour; 2 cup milk; 2 cup shredded sharp ched cheese; 2 slice sharp ched cheese; 2 sliced swiss cheese; 1 cup cheddar and sour cream potato chips or breadcrumbs

1/2 stickbutter
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 tspgrnd black pepper
1/4 tspgrnd mustard
1/4 tsppaprika
1/4 tsponion powder
1/4 tspsalt
3 tbspall purpose flour
2 cupmilk
2 cupshredded sharp ched cheese
2 slicesharp ched cheese
2sliced swiss cheese
1 cupcheddar and sour cream potato chips or breadcrumbs

preheat oven to 350°

melt butter add salt, pepper, grnd mustard, onion powder and paprika.

when all combined add flour slowly and stir until blended

when bubbly add milk slowly while whisking

simmer while constantly stirring. when thickened add the shredded cheddar

noodles should already be half way boiled drained And set aside

combine noodles and cheese sauce. place half the Mac in two quart baking dish.

next place sliced Swiss and sliced Cheddar in a layer on top of the mac

now top off the rest of Mac into baking dish, top with chips and bake for 30 min or until browned and crisp on top
