Steps

Heat butter in a pan,,add finely chopped cashew nuts,, saute them.when they get light brown,then add roasted peanut powder and saute it,,

Now add salt,, finely chopped green chillies,,red chilli powder,, grated ginger,,mix it properly.

Now add boiled and mashed sweet potatoes and potatoes to it..add mango powder,,mix All the things properly

It should become like a dough,,add bread crumbs to it,,mix it.

Divide the dough into equal portions

Make small flattened balls..press them with Your palm lightly.

Pour the oil on the griddle (tawa).

Once the oil get heat,,put the sweet potato balls upon it and shallow fry them.. (You can deep fry them also as You wish). When they get light brown,turn their sides..Fry them from both sides on the medium flame.

Once they get golden brown, switch off the flame.

Enjoy with sauce,, tamarind ki meethi chutney and pudina chutney.
