1/2Gobhi chopped

1 pinchBaking soda
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli powder
1-2Green chilli chopped
1/2 tspDhaniya powder
1/2 tspAjwain
1/4 tspHaldi powder
1Onion chopped
1/2 cupCoriander leaves
as neededWater to make a thick paste
as neededOil for deep frying

Sare ingredients ek bowl mein mix kerlo. Thorda thick paste bana lo. 10 min ke liye alag rakh do.

Oil ko kadai mein garam kero and pakorda ko deep fry kero. Light brown hone per nikal lo.

Garam garam serve kero.
