1)in a pan heat the oil.

2)add the mustard seeds asofoetedia and cumin seeds and wait till they start making popping sounds.

3)Now add the green chilli paste,ginger paste and garlic paste...saute

now add the chopped onions and saute until golden brown
- 5
now add the turmeric pwd,red chilli pwd,dry mango pwd,garam masala pwd,salt and mix
- 6
now add the rice and mint leaves and lightly toss
- 7
garnish with corriander leaves...serve hot with raita
