The Dough: Mix in a bowl the flour and the salt and make a hole in the middle.

Add the oil and start pouring the water while kneading constantly the dough till soft and flexible.

Flour the Dough and cover with a kitchen towel and put aside.

The filling: mix all the ingredients well . ( If the beef not fat enough add a dash of oil or a little warm water)

Flatten the Dough and make a medium circles.

Put a generous tbs of the filling in the middle of the circle and close well.

Preheat a frying pan with a generous dash of oil and fry the patties from each side.
