Ingredients

6 servings
  1. For the dough:
  2. 500 gramsFlour . (1/2 kg.)
  3. 1 tbspOil.
  4. 1 dashSalt.
  5. 1Warm water.
  6. For the filling:
  7. 500 gramsGrounded beef very fat. (grounded thin)
  8. 2Onions - finely chopped.
  9. 1 cupParsley - finely chopped.
  10. 1Salt and pepper to taste.

    The Dough: Mix in a bowl the flour and the salt and make a hole in the middle.

  2. 2

    Add the oil and start pouring the water while kneading constantly the dough till soft and flexible.

  3. 3

    Flour the Dough and cover with a kitchen towel and put aside.

  4. 4

    The filling: mix all the ingredients well . ( If the beef not fat enough add a dash of oil or a little warm water)

  5. 5

    Flatten the Dough and make a medium circles.

  6. 6

    Put a generous tbs of the filling in the middle of the circle and close well.

  7. 7

    Preheat a frying pan with a generous dash of oil and fry the patties from each side.

  8. 8
